Carol advocates for holistic nursing.
She is a Registered Nurse in China, Singapore and Australia, and has over 28 years’ nursing experience. Currently, she is a nursing lecturer and researcher within the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Edith Cowan University (ECU). She completed her PhD, Doctor of Philosophy at ECU in 2017. She holds a Master of Nursing from Curtin University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Nursing from Edith Cowan University. In China, she studied Psychological Consultation in Health and a Diploma of Nursing. Her research areas include Acupuncture/ Moxibustion/ Cupping related clinical trials and Complementary and Integrative Medicine research.

Michelle has had professional careers in dance (West Australia Ballet Company) and integrative medicine. She founded the Shiatsu School of WA and is the founder and developer of Wu Tao - the Dancing Way, an innovative therapeutic dance modality based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qi flow. She completed her BA in nursing at the University of South Australia in 2015 and is currently working in palliative care. Her passion is to bring integrative healthcare practices into mainstream clinical health environments to enhance wellness and improve health outcomes for both patients and health professionals.

Ellen is a passionate, empathetic, caring, and experienced clinical Pharmacist. She is also teaching at Edith Cowan University as well as studying her PhD at the University of Western Australia. She has a strong interest in complementary and alternative medicine.
